Bar Victoria is a new burger & cocktail bar in the heart of Darlinghurst, Sydney — double smashed-patty burgers, ice-cold beers and a bespoke cocktail list, served Wednesday to Sunday at 259 Victoria Street.
It's the newest little room from the team behind Ouzo Bar Dining and Tommy's — a warm, low-lit corner of Victoria Street, a short stroll from Kings Cross, Potts Point and Surry Hills.

Wednesday & Thursday from 5pm til late, and Friday to Sunday from 12pm til late. Closed Monday & Tuesday.
